Diploma in Aquaculture
The aquaculture diploma is a one-year program, comprisingtwo semesters (62 ECTS credits, autumn and spring) of theoretical and practical studies, and a period of vocational training (28 ECTS credits). The aim of the program is to educate specialized aquaculture practitioners for future employment within the industry.
The study periods are organized into ten consecutive 2-4 week courses offered through a hybrid of online distance teaching and in-house practicums. The vocational training period is 12 weeks and conducted within aquaculture stations after all other courses have been concluded.
